This particular website will be officially closing immediately. I loved hosting Animated Spirit here, and have been here for 10+ years. But the costs and time needed to keep it going are no longer reasonable. And as noted before, I have moved to Substack, where I will continue to keep the content going, even improved. It is a great platform and is not, at least for now, distracting like other social media. Furthermore, the Archives of hundreds of articles/interviews/features have already been transferred over to the new site. You don’t have to subscribe or even sign up to Substack if i’m correct, just go to the webpage i’m listing here below. But of course, i’d love to see the many old subscribers/readers here to head on over and subscribe there – it will help me and this site to grow again, it’s easy, and still advertisement free. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and thank for continuing to come here all this time. Let’s see you over at Substack! thank you! (note this is likely the last email you’ll get from this site)
